60-Month Warranty only for Quality-Related Issues

Warranty excludes

A: damage caused by misuse ther faulty parts.(including static discharge)
B: improper installation
C: damaged by yourself
D: purchase the product by mistake
E: neglect, accident or modification, which have been soldered or altered during assembly

Requests within US purchase

For 30 days after the date of purchase, return your undamaged Dephen product and you can receive a full refund for ANY reason.
Please note: Any provided shipping labels must be used within 15 days of purchase.

For 24 months after the date of purchase, we take care of all quality-related issues with a replacement or a limited refund.
Reminder: Be sure to use your product as directed.

Requests from international purchase

We will take care of all quality-related issues with a FULL REFUND or REPLACEMENT. International shipping costs must be covered by the customer. If the item cannot be returned then we will offer a 50% REFUND.
